Role Overview
Future Homes Real Estate is seeking a motivated and results-driven Property Advisor to join its Dubai team.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads and build relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
- Promote and manage residential and commercial property listings.
- Conduct property viewings and provide professional property advice.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts to close deals.
- Maintain client and transaction records and follow up on leads.
- Stay updated on Dubai property market trends and regulations.
Requirements
- Previous real estate or sales experience is preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-service skills are required.
- Good knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is required.
- Applicants should be self-motivated, target-oriented, and professional.
- RERA certification is an advantage.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
