Role Overview
The company is seeking motivated Real Estate Consultants to build a career in Dubai's real estate market.
The role combines property consulting, lead generation, client relationship management, viewings, negotiation, and transaction support.
Job Responsibilities
- Advise clients on property purchases, sales, rentals, and investments and understand their requirements and budgets.
- Generate and follow up with leads through calls, messages, online platforms, and social media.
- Arrange and conduct property viewings and maintain relationships with owners, landlords, buyers, tenants, and investors.
- Negotiate offers and assist clients throughout the transaction process.
- Prepare transaction documents and keep property listings and client information updated.
- Monitor Dubai market trends, property prices, and new developments.
- Achieve monthly sales and rental targets and provide professional customer service.
Requirements
- Previous experience in real estate, sales, or customer service is advantageous.
- Strong communication, negotiation, follow-up, and relationship-building skills.
- Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market is advantageous.
- Self-motivated, confident, and target-oriented with the ability to work independently and in a team.
- English communication skills are required.
- A valid UAE driving license is advantageous.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Compensation
