Role Overview

The real estate broker will generate leads, understand client requirements, present properties, conduct viewings, negotiate deals, and close transactions.

The role covers residential and investment properties across Dubai.

Responsibilities

  • Generate leads through calls, social media, referrals, networking, and other business development activities.
  • Build relationships with buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and investors.
  • Understand budgets and property preferences, then source and recommend suitable properties.
  • Arrange viewings and site visits, prepare presentations, and provide accurate information.
  • Negotiate between transaction parties and assist clients through buying, selling, and rental processes.
  • Follow up with leads, maintain client communication, and coordinate transaction documents.
  • Promote company listings through approved channels and maintain accurate records.
  • Achieve individual sales and leasing targets while following company policies and UAE real estate regulations.

Requirements

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and persuasion abilities are required.
  • Candidates need English communication skills, strong follow-up and customer service skills, and a target-oriented approach.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team is required.
  • Dubai real estate or sales experience is advantageous, while Dubai market knowledge is preferred.
  • A UAE driving licence is advantageous, and fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
