- Coordinate closely with cross functional teams, including design, procurement, and construction, to ensure seamless project execution
- Oversee technical problem solving and decision making processes, providing expert guidance and support to project teams
- Monitor compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and company policies throughout all phases of project development
- Facilitate effective communication between internal teams, contractors, clients, and stakeholders to maintain transparency and collaboration
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency, quality, and sustainability
- Prepare detailed technical reports, documentation, and presentations to update senior management on project progress and risks
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Landscape Architecture, or a related technical field
- Advanced certifications or postgraduate qualifications in project management or relevant disciplines are highly desirable
- Sound technical knowledge of construction processes, landscape project requirements, and industry best practices
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools
- Extensive experience in managing technical aspects of complex landscaping or construction projects
- Strong decision making and problem solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated motivation and leadership skills
- Practical experience with industry standard software tools, such as project management platforms and technical design applications
- Proficiency in English is required

Job Purpose
- Join Basatin Landscaping as a Project Technical Manager based in Dubai, where you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and guiding technical aspects of construction projects within our Operations Construction department.
- You will ensure that all projects adhere to the highest standards, aligning with client expectations and company goals while fostering innovation and excellence in landscaping solutions.
Roles, Responsibilities & Duties
