About the role
Lead warehouse development initiatives in Dubai from early definition through commissioning, handover, and closeout.
The work connects physical development with quality, compliance, capacity planning, and reliable pharmaceutical operations.
Success depends on disciplined execution, transparent reporting, risk control, and facilities ready for operational use.
Key responsibilities
- Define project scopes, objectives, delivery strategies, schedules, budgets, and governance arrangements.
- Lead design, construction, fit-out, systems integration, validation support, commissioning, and operational readiness.
- Coordinate internal teams, consultants, contractors, suppliers, and site stakeholders.
- Translate storage, material-flow, production-support, and compliance requirements into project deliverables.
- Monitor plans, milestones, dependencies, resources, expenditure, risks, issues, and change requests.
- Report progress and escalate decisions affecting safety, quality, schedule, cost, or continuity.
- Control documentation, approvals, handover records, and closeout activities.
- Support commissioning, qualification, training, and readiness for warehouse use.
