SAP Functional Consultant - SF + HCM + Ariba (Ref: 197794)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead discovery sessions and assess workforce, human capital, talent, and procurement requirements.
• Recommend SAP-enabled process improvements across SuccessFactors, SAP HCM, and Ariba.
• Develop functional concepts, process maps, solution designs, and configuration documentation.
• Coordinate or perform functional configuration and support integration considerations.
• Plan and facilitate workshops, demonstrations, conference room pilots, user acceptance testing, and solution walkthroughs.
• Manage defects, enhancement requests, dependencies, and scope questions through structured resolution.
• Prepare clients for deployment through training input, user guidance, data-readiness activities, and operational handover.
• Provide post-implementation support and identify opportunities to improve performance, adoption, and business value.

Requirements

• Several years of SAP functional consulting, implementation, or application support experience in a client-facing environment.
• Strong SAP SuccessFactors capability with practical employee lifecycle or talent process knowledge.
• Working knowledge of SAP HCM, core HR processes, employee data, and organizational structures.
• Hands-on familiarity with SAP Ariba and procurement, supplier, purchasing, or spend-management processes.
• Ability to connect requirements across HR, workforce, and procurement workstreams.
• Experience producing functional specifications, process documentation, test scenarios, issue assessments, and implementation deliverables.
• Confidence facilitating stakeholder discussions and explaining solution implications in clear business language.
• Strong analytical judgement, structured problem-solving, and priority management skills.
• Professional fluency in English and ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
• Availability to work in Dubai with flexibility for client-site or project-related engagement.
