About the Role
Provide executive leadership across a diversified portfolio of public equity, private equity, and other investments.
Guide portfolio strategy, evaluate performance, challenge assumptions, and align capital with long-term investment objectives.
Balance stewardship of existing holdings with identification of attractive growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
- Set and refine portfolio priorities across multiple asset classes.
- Review investment performance, valuation, risk exposure, liquidity, and strategic fit.
- Assess growth companies and develop recommendations supported by rigorous analysis.
- Identify opportunities involving acquisitions, partnerships, and joint ventures.
- Oversee due diligence, transaction evaluation, investment structuring, and post-investment monitoring.
- Engage executive stakeholders and present portfolio insights and capital allocation considerations.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in portfolio management, private equity, public equity, investment management, corporate development, or a related field.
- Experience with diversified portfolios, complex investment decisions, or multi-asset capital allocation.
- Strong financial analysis, valuation, investment appraisal, risk assessment, and portfolio performance skills.
- Experience evaluating growth companies and converting investment theses into recommendations.
- Understanding of partnerships, joint ventures, transaction processes, and post-investment value creation.
- Executive presence, commercial judgment, and excellent communication skills.
