Lead and manage end-to-end IT initiatives that deliver business value for finance and banking operations.
Define objectives and technical scope from business needs while overseeing internal and vendor delivery on time and on budget.
Drive requirements definition, process redesign, systems integration, controls, regulatory alignment, and measurable efficiency gains.
Present options and progress to senior stakeholders and translate strategic priorities into implementation roadmaps.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead scoping and requirements workshops with investment, treasury, and banking stakeholders.
- Create functional specifications, process maps, and acceptance criteria.
- Develop project plans with milestones, resources, and budget forecasts.
- Manage vendors, contracts, delivery timelines, system integrations, data migrations, testing, UAT, and cutover.
- Identify risk and compliance gaps, recommend technology solutions, and prepare executive reports and steering-committee materials.
Requirements
- At least five years of IT project delivery experience in finance, banking, or investment operations.
- Experience in business analysis, systems implementation, stakeholder engagement, vendor management, and third-party integrations.
- Understanding of treasury, fund accounting, or trading systems.
- Excellent communication skills with experience presenting to senior executives and governance forums.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is preferred; business analysis certification is advantageous.
- Ability to work in Dubai and engage across multicultural teams.
