Project Manager

Position Overview

Project Delivery Responsibilities

• Manage schedules, milestones, resources, execution plans, progress, productivity, manpower, and material utilization.
• Coordinate clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, factory, production, procurement, logistics, and site teams.
• Review drawings, specifications, BOQs, contracts, and scope of work.
• Manage shop drawings, approvals, samples, mock-ups, measurements, fabrication, delivery, and installation.
• Coordinate factory production and site requirements to reduce delays, shortages, and rework.
• Monitor budgets, costs, variations, claims, wastage, rework, profitability, and financial matters.
• Lead meetings, provide reports, manage stakeholders, and mentor project and site teams.
• Oversee quality, safety, inspections, snagging, rectification, testing, documentation, and final handover.

Candidate Requirements

• Proven Project Manager or Senior Project Manager experience in marble, granite, natural stone, architectural stone, façade, fit-out, or related construction.
• Strong knowledge of stone fabrication and installation processes.
• Experience managing projects from factory to site and final handover.
• Strong commercial awareness covering budgets, variations, claims, and profitability.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and make confident decisions under pressure.
• Track record of delivering projects within agreed timelines, budgets, and quality requirements.

Project Leadership Focus

• Hands-on understanding of the links between design, production, logistics, installation, quality, cost, and client expectations.
• Ability to coordinate factory, site, commercial, quantity surveying, procurement, and logistics functions.
