Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and deliver projects from initiation to closure
- Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and performance metrics
- Identify risks, issues, and dependencies; implement mitigation strategies
- Communicate project status, milestones, and challenges to stakeholders
- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with objectives
- Improve project management processes and drive efficiency
- Ensure quality standards are met for all deliverables
- Support team members and provide guidance on project methodologies and tools
- Act as backup support during peak workload or team absences
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures, and regulations
