Key Responsibilities
- Plan, manage, and execute projects from initiation to completion within agreed scope, timeline, and budget.
- Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams, clients, vendors, and stakeholders.
- Monitor progress, risks, and issues, and take corrective actions.
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.
- Maintain project documentation, reports, meeting minutes, and status updates.
- Monitor budgets, resources, and overall project performance.
- Organize meetings and provide regular progress reports to management.
- Ensure effective stakeholder communication and coordination.
- Support continuous improvement and apply lessons learned.
Qualifications and Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of project management or related experience.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is preferred.
- Strong planning, organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience with MS Project or an equivalent project management tool.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Excellent written and spoken English; Arabic is an advantage.
