Lead major product initiatives across an enterprise software suite and define the long-term product roadmap.
Own product direction for one or more HR, ERP, CRM, project management, supply chain, or accounting and finance modules.
Product leadership
- Drive discovery workshops with engineering, design, QA, and client-facing teams.
- Translate business and client needs into practical PRDs, user stories, and scalable product solutions.
- Own adoption, retention, and revenue-impact KPIs for assigned modules.
Client and team collaboration
- Work with enterprise clients to understand complex operational workflows.
- Mentor junior product managers and support their career growth.
- Use data-driven decisions to balance customer needs with business goals.
Required experience
- 5–7 years of product management experience.
- Hands-on experience with HR systems and ERP platforms is required.
- Strong understanding of accounting and financial systems, including general ledger, invoicing, and payroll integration.
- Prior experience in a software house or software development company is required.
Required capabilities
- Experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical background with advanced SQL and BI tools knowledge.
- Ability to translate strategy into actionable execution.
- Leadership and mentoring capabilities.
Preferred background
- Experience in SaaS or enterprise software is preferred.
