Lead product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered digital learning experiences.
Translate learner needs and business requirements into innovative product solutions.
Work across Engineering, AI and Machine Learning, Data Science, Instructional Design, Marketing, and Business Development.
What You'll Do
- Lead the product vision, strategy, and multi-phase product roadmap.
- Lead AI-powered learning experiences including adaptive learning, intelligent tutoring, personalized learning paths, content and assessment generation, and automated grading.
- Develop learner models, recommendation systems, knowledge tracking, and mastery estimation.
- Manage product requirements, technical specifications, AI solution evaluations, product experiments, and product analytics.
- Incorporate responsible AI, data protection, security, and compliance principles into the platform.
- Develop and mentor Product Managers and serve as a product leadership reference for AI and learning.
Required Skills and Experience
- 8+ years of Product Management experience, including strong leadership or supervisory experience.
- Strong experience building, developing, and scaling digital products.
- Strong understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, AI Agents, personalization, and data-driven product development.
- Experience working with Engineering, Data, and Machine Learning teams on complex technology products.
- Strong strategic thinking, product leadership, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Recommended Skills
- Experience in AI product development.
- Experience in Education Technology, SaaS, or technology platforms.
- Experience with Arabic Language Processing.
- Experience developing AI-powered learning products.
