Role Overview
Lead major product initiatives across an enterprise software suite and define the long-term product roadmap.
Own product direction for one or more core HR, ERP, CRM, Project Management, Supply Chain Management, or Accounting and Finance modules.
Work in a delivery-driven software environment with multiple concurrent products and client commitments.
Responsibilities
- Lead product initiatives and roadmap development across assigned enterprise modules.
- Run discovery workshops with engineering, design, QA, and client-facing teams.
- Translate business and client needs into PRDs and user stories.
- Understand complex enterprise workflows and turn them into scalable product solutions.
- Mentor junior product managers and support their career growth.
- Use data-driven decisions to balance customer needs with business goals.
- Own adoption, retention, and revenue-impact KPIs across assigned modules.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in product management, ideally in SaaS or enterprise software.
- Hands-on experience with HR systems and ERP platforms, including CRM, Project Management, and Supply Chain Management modules.
- Solid understanding of accounting and financial systems, including general ledger, invoicing, and payroll integration.
- Prior experience in a software house or software development company is required.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical background with advanced SQL and business intelligence tools knowledge.
- Ability to translate strategy into actionable execution.
- Leadership and mentoring capabilities.
