About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and implementation of multiple real estate projects, managing every stage of the development process
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and key stakeholders
- Develop and manage detailed project schedules, work plans, and financial budgets, tracking progress and reporting on KPIs
- Coordinate and manage all project stakeholders, including architects, engineers, contractors, and regulatory bodies
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimise project risks
- Ensure all projects comply with local regulations, industry standards, and health and safety requirements
- Oversee contract negotiations, procurement, and management of third party vendors and suppliers
- Provide regular and transparent project updates to the leadership team
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in real estate development or construction
- In depth knowledge of project management methodologies, processes, and software tools
- Experience working in the Middle East, preferably in Saudi Arabia, is highly desirable
- Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent are highly advantageous
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting
- Excellent problem solving and decision making abilities

Job Overview
- We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Project Manager (Real Estate) to join a prominent organisation on a full time basis in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the entire lifecycle of high value real estate development projects, from initial conception and feasibility studies through to final handover.

Qualifications

- Experience working in the Middle East, preferably in Saudi Arabia, with a strong understanding of the local market and regulatory landscape is highly desirable.
