About the Role
CBRE is hiring a Project Manager to lead real estate projects from initiation to completion. You will manage planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout while working directly with clients.

Responsibilities
- Manage all areas of project management for singular real estate projects including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout
- Work directly with clients to prepare scope of work, project delivery resources, cost estimates, budget, work plan schedule, milestones, quality control, and risk identification
- Define project delivery resources from pre qualified lists or through project qualification process
- Implement project documentation governance aligned with company and client requirements
- Direct the project delivery team by providing guidance and direction to achieve goals
- Create action plans to meet objectives, budget, and schedule; track progress and report status
- Identify project threats and develop risk mitigation and contingency plans
- Coach others and share in depth knowledge of own job discipline
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5 8 years of relevant experience
- In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered
- LEED AP, PMP, and/or CCM designation(s) preferred
- Ability to exercise judgment based on analysis of multiple sources of information
- In depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset
- Sophisticated math skills
- Must be authorized to work in Canada without visa sponsorship
- Must attain and maintain RCMP Enhanced Security Clearance (ERSC)

Compensation
- Salary range: CAD 85,000 CAD 100,000 annually.
