About the Role

  • As a CBRE Business Development Sr. Consultant, you will be responsible for developing and closing large and high profile business opportunities within target market sectors while providing quality service.
  • This job is part of the Sales function.

What You’ll Do

  • Develop and build long term, professional customer relationships with existing, new, and potential key stakeholders.
  • Manage sales activity throughout the sales process including qualification, discovery, proposal, pricing presentation, and negotiation.
  • Evaluate industry and business trends and analyzes performance and respond with necessary business change.
  • Identify and build a large and high profile, active sales pipeline.
  • Own, develop, and deliver exceptional sales and tender documents and presentations.
  • Maintain records and relevant contract documents in support of tenders and re bids for the business.
  • Enhance the business profile at industry events.
  • Stay up to date with industry developments, maintaining awareness of competitor activity and market trends.

What You’ll Need

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8 10 years of relevant experience.
  • The innovative mentality to develop methods that go beyond existing solutions.
  • Ability to solve unique problems using standard and innovative solutions having a broad impact on the business.
  • In depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • Expert organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset.
  • Highly sophisticated math skills; ability to calculate complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial related calculations.

Salary

  • The minimum salary for the Business Development Senior Consultant position is CAD 110,000 annually and the maximum is CAD 120,000 annually.
  • Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
