CBRE is seeking a Business Development Senior Consultant to develop and close large, high-profile business opportunities in commercial real estate. You will manage sales activity from qualification through negotiation, build a strong pipeline, and deliver exceptional sales presentations.

Responsibilities
- Develop and build long term, professional customer relationships with existing, new, and potential key stakeholders
- Manage sales activity throughout the sales process including qualification, discovery, proposal, pricing presentation, and negotiation
- Evaluate industry and business trends and analyze performance and respond with necessary business change
- Identify and build a large and high profile, active sales pipeline; explore both existing markets and target new market opportunities
- Own, develop, and deliver exceptional sales and tender documents and presentations
- Maintain records and relevant contract documents in support of tenders and re bids for the business
- Enhance the business profile at industry events; take part in networking
- Stay up to date with industry developments, maintaining awareness of competitor activity and market trends
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree preferred with 8 10 years of relevant experience; in lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered
- Innovative mentality to develop methods that go beyond existing solutions
- Ability to solve unique problems using standard and innovative solutions having a broad impact on the business
- In depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products
- Expert organizational skills with an advanced inquisitive mindset
- Highly sophisticated math skills; ability to calculate complex figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial related calculations

About the Role

Salary
- The minimum salary for the Business Development Senior Consultant position is CAD 110,000 annually and the maximum is CAD 120,000 annually.
- Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus.
