Role Summary
The Project Manager is responsible for managing and delivering the rehabilitation works of a medical building, ensuring completion on time, within budget, and in full compliance with healthcare standards, while coordinating works within an operational medical facility.
Key Responsibilities
- Overall management of planning, execution, and delivery of rehabilitation works.
- Coordination with client, consultant, contractors, and facility operations teams.
- Management of works in a live healthcare environment with strict safety and infection control measures.
- Oversight of architectural, structural, MEP, fire & life safety, and medical systems.
- Contract administration, progress monitoring, and variation management.
- Reporting, inspections, testing, commissioning, and handover.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years’ experience, including medical / healthcare projects.
- Proven experience in rehabilitation or renovation projects.
- Experience in similar operational environments is required.
Skills
- Strong leadership and coordination skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare construction standards.
- Proficient in planning and reporting tools.
- Fluent in English; Arabic.
