About the Role

Responsibilities
- Implement modification and/or creation of organizational structures and maintain accurate records to improve efficiency and alignment with business goals
- Implement organizational design projects, including role clarity, spans of control, and workflow optimization
- Develop org charts and support OD Manager in structuring teams for scalability and agility
- Implement change management strategies and agenda to support critical transformation initiatives
- Collaborate with project teams to assess change impacts, develop stakeholder engagement plans, and provide communication and training strategies
- Support OD Manager in equipping business leaders and teams with tools and capabilities to lead change effectively
- Implement career path frameworks for key job families across the organization
- Collaborate with HR leaders and team to implement internal mobility programs that support growth and retention
- Support in the facilitation of succession planning processes to ensure effective implementation for internal talent and key roles identification
- Maintain documentations and record of talent matrices, profiles and development plans for high potential employees
- Support in the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the performance management process
- Provide training and tools for managers to effectively evaluate and develop their teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in Organizational Development, HR, or a related field
- Other HR certifications (CIPD, SHRM, etc.) preferred

About the Role
- Responsible for implementing initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness and culture.
- This role plays a key part in the delivery of the organizational structure, talent strategies, and people processes to achieve business goals.
- The OD Specialist will support programs in organizational design, change management, career pathing and talent mobility, succession planning, performance management, and employee engagement.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Organizational Development, HR, or a related field.
- Other HR certifications (CIPD, SHRM,…etc)
