Role Overview
Lead interior fit-out and fixture projects from conception to completion.
Own project timelines, budgets, quality, stakeholder coordination, and client satisfaction.
Manage permanent fixtures, fit-outs, and signage projects in a hands-on project leadership role.
Project Delivery
- Manage end-to-end project delivery from proposal through final handover.
- Coordinate clients, internal departments, production teams, factory partners, and site crews.
- Develop detailed schedules, track milestones, and proactively manage timeline risks.
- Monitor budgets and costs, identify savings opportunities, and report financial performance.
- Supervise site activities, manpower allocation, quality control, HSE compliance, inspections, and safety audits.
- Lead and mentor site supervisors and project teams across multiple concurrent projects.
- Prepare project status reports and management documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or a related field is required.
- 5–8 years of hands-on project management experience is required.
- Experience in interior fit-outs, fixtures, signage, or similar construction-related projects is required.
- Strong communication, coordination, leadership, problem-solving, and deadline-management abilities are required.
Preferred Qualifications
- UAE Driving License is a nice-to-have qualification.
- PMP certification or equivalent is a nice-to-have qualification.
