Role Overview
The Business Development Manager will drive new business growth across interiors, fit-out, visual merchandising, and signage divisions.
The role is hands-on and focused on directly increasing revenue and market presence across the UAE.
Approximately 80% of the role is focused on new business acquisition.
Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities in interiors, fit-out, visual merchandising, and signage.
- Build and manage the sales pipeline from lead generation through contract closure, including accurate forecasting.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and presentations to understand requirements and position solutions competitively.
- Negotiate commercial terms and prepare proposals, quotations, and offers with operations, design, and delivery teams.
- Maintain relationships with clients, consultants, architects, contractors, and key decision-makers across the region.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to inform strategy and identify new growth verticals.
Requirements
- 6–10 years of proven sales and business development experience with a track record of closing new business.
- Experience in interiors, fit-outs, visual merchandising, or signage sectors is highly preferred.
