Requirements
- Completed Post secondary Degree (University/College) or equivalent work experience
- 3 5 years of Project Management experience in the financial industry, preferably within Capital Markets
- Experience managing process automation initiatives
- Working experience within an Agile delivery environment and knowledge of various agile frameworks: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Lean
- Agile/SAFe/Scrum Master Certification is an asset
- PMP Certification or equivalent is an asset
- Experience in Project Planning, Management and Lifecycle methodologies
- Excellent grasp of Agile values, principles, and practices
- Experience in managing multiple priorities in a matrix environment
- Demonstrated domain experience with book of record and operations is a strong asset

Job Description

- They will be responsible for successful planning and execution of cross functional initiatives.
What You Will Do

What We Are Looking For
- Completed Post secondary Degree (University/College) or equivalent work experience.

- Possesses strong communication and influencing skills.
Total Rewards
- Base Salary and Discretionary Performance Bonus: Total annual cash compensation ranges from CAD 105,000 to CAD 155,000.
