- Collaborate with partners across many disciplines to create and manage product strategies that influence FCC Product backlogs
- Conduct regular group exercises and workshops with stakeholders to identify product innovation opportunities
- Create and maintain high level strategic program roadmap focused on discovery work
- Research and conduct competitive analysis on automated toolsets and industry best practices
- Work with Product Solution Managers to ensure program strategies are implemented in the right product
- Identify where a new innovation or feature enhancement is the best solution to a problem
- Create meaningful strategies based on deep understanding of FCC business objectives
- Communicate strategies to product solutions managers and stakeholders
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in product management with at least 2 years in a senior role within the financial services industry
- Experience managing products that span multiple development teams and business domains
- Strong background collaborating with Product Owners and delivery teams in agile settings
- Proven experience working in dual track scrum agile environments
- Completion of a bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience
- Agile certifications CSPO or equivalent
- MBA considered an asset
- Certifications such as CFA, CSC considered an asset

Job Description
- You will be working on a flexible hybrid schedule as part of Fidelity’s dynamic working arrangement.
- The work location for this role is 483 Bay Street in Toronto until approximately late 2026, then will change to the new Mississauga office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway.
- Current work authorization for Canada is required.

- The FCC Product Solutions team operates in a highly collaborative agile environment where cross functional teams drive and deliver product innovation.
- We're seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager responsible for delivering high quality products by working closely with Product Owners and Delivery teams.
Key Accountabilities
- Collaborate with partners across many disciplines to create and manage product strategies.
- Conduct regular group exercises and workshops with stakeholders to identify valuable product innovation opportunities.
- Create and maintain high level strategic program roadmap, focused on discovery work.
- Research and conduct competitive analysis on automated toolsets.
- Work with Product Solution Managers to ensure program strategies are implemented.
- Identify where a new innovation or feature enhancement is the best solution.
- Create meaningful strategies based on deep understanding of FCC business objectives.

Experience

Total Rewards
- Base Salary and Discretionary Performance Bonus: CAD 135,000 to CAD 146,000 annually.
