- Define project objectives, deliverables, milestones, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
- Coordinate cross functional teams to ensure effective communication and project execution.
- Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and control costs to maximize efficiency.
- Identify project risks, assess potential impacts, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports for management and stakeholders.
- Facilitate project meetings, document action items, and ensure timely follow up on deliverables.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Resolve project issues, conflicts, and resource constraints to maintain project momentum.
- Oversee procurement activities, vendor performance, and contract deliverables when applicable.
