Responsibilities
- Provide appropriate tours to museum visitors including Heads of State, VIPs, school groups, and the general public.
- Develop knowledge of the museum’s collection and exhibitions for dissemination through live tours.
- Conduct daily tours of the museum’s permanent collection, special exhibitions, and museum spaces to a high standard.
- Be available for tours during museum opening hours as per allocated roster, including early shifts, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
- Undertake regular independent research about the museum’s collection and maintain a research folder.
- Attend regular training sessions on tour presentation techniques.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree
- 3 years of experience as a Museum Guide
- Fluency in Arabic

Responsibilities
- Provides appropriate tours to museum visitors including Heads of State, VIPs, other guests, school groups and general public.
- Develops knowledge of the museum’s collection and exhibitions for dissemination through live tours.
- Develops skills in audience appropriate delivery and engagement of different age groups.
- Conducts daily tours of the museum’s permanent collection, selected special exhibitions and museum spaces to a high standard.
- Be available for tours during museum opening days and hours as per allocated roster, beyond QM office hours.
- Takes a full and equal share in the team roster including early shifts, weekends, evenings, and government holiday periods.
- Undertakes regular independent research about the museum’s collection and maintain an independent research folder.
- Attends regular training sessions and tour presentation techniques and methods as advised by management.

- QAR 1.00 per hour
