Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and oversee fixed asset and inventory management policies and controls
- Manage complete lifecycle of fixed assets including acquisition, tagging, tracking, transfer, maintenance, disposal, and replacement
- Maintain accurate fixed asset register for all medical, non medical, and IT equipment
- Lead periodic physical verification and asset audits
- Monitor capital expenditures and ensure proper asset capitalization and depreciation
- Coordinate with finance, procurement, biomedical engineering, facilities management, and IT departments
- Oversee hospital inventory operations including medical supplies, consumables, and spare parts
- Ensure optimal inventory levels to support uninterrupted healthcare operations
- Analyze inventory usage trends and implement cost efficiency strategies
- Lead annual stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory audits
- Prepare and present periodic reports on fixed assets and inventory performance
- Lead, mentor, and develop fixed assets and inventory teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 10 years of accounting experience
- 5 years of fixed assets and inventory experience in Oracle EBS environment
- 5 years of accounting experience in Hospital/Healthcare

Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and oversee fixed asset and inventory management policies, procedures, and controls
- Manage the complete lifecycle of fixed assets including acquisition, tagging, tracking, transfer, maintenance, disposal, and replacement
- Maintain an accurate and up to date fixed asset register for all medical, non medical, and IT equipment
- Lead periodic physical verification and asset audits to ensure accuracy
- Monitor capital expenditures and ensure proper asset capitalization, depreciation, and accounting treatment
- Coordinate with finance, procurement, biomedical engineering, facilities management, and IT departments
- Oversee hospital inventory operations including medical supplies, consumables, equipment spare parts, and non clinical inventory
- Ensure optimal inventory levels to support uninterrupted healthcare operations while minimizing excess stock and wastage
- Analyze inventory usage trends and implement strategies to improve stock control and cost efficiency
- Monitor inventory valuation, stock movements, reconciliations, and reporting
- Lead annual stock counts, cycle counts, and inventory audits across all hospital departments
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies related to assets, inventory records, losses, damages, and obsolete items
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Required)
- 10 years of accounting experience (Required)
- 5 years of fixed assets and inventory experience in Oracle EBS environment (Required)
- 5 years of accounting experience in Hospital/Healthcare (Required)
Compensation
- Pay: AED 1.00 per month
