About the Role
BPO PLUS is seeking a Landscaping Engineer with 5+ years of experience to plan, design, and oversee landscaping projects in Doha. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in B.Tech in Irrigation or Horticulture and a driving license.

Responsibilities
- Plan, design, and oversee landscaping projects in accordance with client requirements and approved drawings
- Prepare landscape layouts, planting plans, irrigation plans, and material specifications
- Supervise site execution to ensure works are carried out as per design, specifications, and quality standards
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and site teams for timely project delivery
- Select appropriate plants, trees, turf, and hardscape materials suitable for climate and soil conditions
- Manage irrigation systems, drainage, and water efficiency measures
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical or execution related issues
- Prepare project schedules, progress reports, and site documentation
- Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and environmental standards
- Monitor project costs, material usage, and minimize wastage
- Review shop drawings, method statements, and material submittals
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities for approvals and clarifications
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in B.Tech in Irrigation or Horticulture
- 5 years of experience in Landscaping Projects
- Driving License
