Role Summary
Aria Holding is seeking a results-driven
Project Manager
to lead and deliver medium-complexity IT and business transformation initiatives across enterprise platforms including ERP, CRM, HCM, ECM, and Microsoft 365.
The role is responsible for
end-to-end project lifecycle management
, ensuring structured governance, stakeholder alignment, risk mitigation, and successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget.
The Project Manager will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external vendors to drive high-quality execution and user adoption.
1. Project Planning & Execution
- Develop comprehensive
- project plans, schedules, milestones, and dependencies

- Manage
- critical paths and baseline plans
- , ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Track progress and deliverables using approved project management tools.
2. Stakeholder & Communication Management
- Serve as the
- primary point of contact
- between business users, IT teams, and vendors.

3. Risk, Issue & Change Management
- Maintain and manage

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in
- Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field
- 3–5 years of experience in
- Project Management roles
- Experience managing
- digital transformation projects
- across enterprise platforms
- Proven exposure to
- ERP, CRM, HCM, ECM, or Microsoft 365 implementations
• PMP (Project Management Professional)
- PRINCE2 Certification
