- Manage end to end execution of landscape, swimming pool, and water feature projects
- Lead project planning, scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, authorities, subcontractors, and internal departments
- Review contracts, project specifications, drawings, BOQs, and project deliverables
- Monitor project progress, costs, risks, and timelines to ensure successful completion
- Ensure compliance with project quality standards, HSE regulations, and contractual obligations
- Lead project teams including engineers, supervisors, planners, QA/QC, and subcontractors
- Conduct project review meetings and provide progress reports to senior management
- Manage variations, claims, change orders, and project documentation
- Oversee material procurement and subcontractor performance
- Resolve technical, commercial, and operational issues impacting project delivery
- Ensure successful testing, commissioning, snagging, and project handover
Requirements
- Extensive UAE landscape construction experience
- 7 to 9 years of experience in project management for landscape, swimming pool, and water feature projects
- Experience managing large scale projects

Job Overview
- We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Civil with extensive UAE landscape construction experience to lead and manage large scale landscape, swimming pool, and water feature projects.
Key Responsibilities
