The HVAC Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) projects on time, within budget, and in accordance with quality and safety standards.
This role involves coordinating with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure successful project completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HVAC projects from initiation to completion.
- Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Review HVAC designs, drawings, and technical specifications for accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines and cost controls.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements.
- Prepare and present project reports, progress updates, and documentation.
- Handle procurement of materials and equipment required for HVAC systems.
- Resolve technical issues, risks, and project challenges efficiently.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure proper installation and commissioning of HVAC systems.
- Manage project teams and provide leadership and guidance to engineers and technicians.
