- Allocate resources such as ASP, materials, and equipment, and ensure they are used efficiently.
- Manage the project budget, monitor costs, and make adjustments as needed to avoid overruns.
- Ensure that the project meets all regulatory, safety, and quality standards.
- Work directly with clients to understand their needs and keep them informed of the project's progress.
- Take full ownership of identifying potential risks to the project and implementing strategies to mitigate them.
- Handle post deployment maintenance for existing projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (or equivalent experience)
- 5 years of relevant project or program management in data center, cooling, or complex technical deployments
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and practical problem solving
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and prioritize competing deliverables
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to travel internationally up to 25%; valid passport and driver’s license required

Role
- CoolIT Systems is seeking an experienced Project Manager based remotely in the UAE.
- In this role, you will lead end to end delivery of liquid cooling deployments—from enterprise IT to AI and high performance systems—while working closely with customers, internal teams, and vendors.
- You’ll ensure projects are executed seamlessly from initiation to closeout, aligning with client requirements and business goals.
Responsibilities
- Project planning, execution and maintenance: Manage daily project tasks, coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure on time, on budget delivery. Also handle post deployment maintenance for existing projects.
- Design coordination and technical support: Independently design, validate and deliver solutions, ensuring that all project designs meet the required specifications and industry standards, and providing technical guidance to the team.
- Resource management: Allocating resources such as ASP, materials, and equipment, and ensuring they are used efficiently.
- Cost control: Managing the project budget, monitoring costs, and making adjustments as needed to avoid overruns.
- Quality assurance and compliance: Ensuring that the project meets all regulatory, safety, and quality standards.
- Client interaction: Working directly with clients to understand their needs and keep them informed of the project's progress.
- Risk management: Take full ownership of identifying potential risks to the project (e.g., delays, cost overruns) and implementing strategies to mitigate them.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (or equivalent experience) with 5 years of relevant project or program management in data center, cooling, or complex technical deployments.
- Strong understanding of engineering principles and practical problem solving.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects and prioritize competing deliverables.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Comfortable working in a fast paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
- Willingness to travel internationally up to 25%; valid passport and driver’s license required.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on technical design for data centers and or liquid cooling systems.
- Field engineering experience in a related discipline.
- Knowledge in selling and deploying products in coordination with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
- Understanding of P&ID drawings, 2D and 3D mechanical model design with ability to create, review and approve.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 23 kg.
Skills
- Technical Expertise: Strong technical knowledge of cooling systems, heat transfer concepts, and mechanical design.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex technical concepts to peers and external customers.
- Organization: Ability to manage multiple complex projects efficiently.

- Independence: Able to solve complex problems on their own and communicate risks while coming up with effective mitigation plans.
