About the Role

Responsibilities
- Lead end to end delivery of capital infrastructure and EPC style projects from feasibility through commissioning and handover
- Coordinate and oversee internal teams, contractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure alignment on scope, schedule, cost, and quality
- Develop and manage CapEx budgets and schedules, project performance, and change management
- Act as primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and external customers, ensuring clear alignment on objectives and delivery expectations
- Lead planning and scheduling of laboratory and production infrastructure projects
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks across engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical disciplines, or related technical field (or equivalent combination)
- 7+ years of progressive project management experience in engineering, capital projects, or industrial environments
- Proven experience delivering CapEx projects involving infrastructure, equipment, or facility buildouts
- Demonstrated involvement across full project lifecycle including design, procurement, installation, and commissioning
- Experience coordinating cross functional teams and external partners (contractors, vendors, or consultants)

Role
- The CapEx/EPC Project Manager drives CoolIT’s operational and strategic growth.
- Responsible for leading complex capital infrastructure and EPC style projects across CoolIT’s expanding product portfolio.
- Includes laboratory infrastructure, test facilities, and customer integrated cooling deployments.
- Owns full lifecycle delivery from project scope development through commissioning and handover.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mechanical/Electrical disciplines, or related technical field.
- 7+ years of progressive project management experience in engineering, capital projects, or industrial environments.
- Proven experience delivering CapEx projects involving infrastructure, equipment, or facility buildouts.
- Demonstrated involvement across full project lifecycle including design, procurement, installation, and commissioning.
- Experience coordinating cross functional teams and external partners.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working within or alongside EPC/EPCM delivery models.
- Background in infrastructure, laboratory environments, data center systems, or industrial manufacturing scale up.
- Experience with contractor/vendor management, procurement processes, and change management in capital projects.
- Exposure to customer facing or externally delivered projects with multiple stakeholders.
- PMP or equivalent certification.
- Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement certifications.
