Role Summary

Project Manager role leading pan-India installation operations for steel-reinforced Autoclaved Aerated Concrete wall panels.

The role oversees multiple installation sites, structural accuracy, safety compliance, quality, logistics, contractors, and on-time completion.

Location and Work Details

  • Base locations are Ahmedabad, Gujarat or Mumbai, Maharashtra, with pan-India site travel required.
  • Work location is in person and the role involves construction-site operations.

Salary and Employment

  • Salary: ₹70,000 per month, also stated as ₹840,000 per year.
  • Job type: Full-time, permanent.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage concurrent installation projects across Indian states and maintain schedules and deliverables.
  • Supervise AAC/ALC panel installation, anchoring, structural alignment, and compliance with structural drawings.
  • Coordinate panel delivery, transit, hoists, cranes, and other site equipment.
  • Supervise subcontractors, work gangs, and on-site manpower.
  • Implement quality controls for panel jointing and handling and enforce HSE protocols.
  • Coordinate with developers, architects, and main contractors to resolve site challenges.

Candidate Profile and Qualifications

  • B.E. or B.Tech in Civil Engineering; NICMAR certification is a plus.
  • 5–12 years of hands-on civil construction experience.
  • Ability to read structural engineering drawings.
  • Working knowledge of 2D/3D AutoCAD or Revit.
  • Willingness to travel to project sites across India.
