- Drive day-to-day PMO operations supporting enterprise transformation initiatives through structured plans, trackers, and disciplined execution.
- Maintain governance frameworks, stage-gates, and standards to ensure initiatives remain compliant, controlled, and decision-ready.
- Prepare clear, executive-ready PowerPoint reports summarizing progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and required management actions.
- Consolidate schedules, milestones, and benefits data to support accurate tracking of delivery timelines and outcomes.
- Track and escalate risks and issues early, coordinating mitigation actions with initiative leads and functional stakeholders.
- Use advanced Excel and Power BI to analyze performance data and produce reliable dashboards.
- Operate effectively under tight deadlines, balancing multiple priorities while maintaining data accuracy and reporting discipline.
Skills & Experience
- At least five years of hands-on PMO or project management experience supporting large, multi-stream transformation programmed.
- Strong capability in PowerPoint storytelling and executive reporting for steering committees and senior leadership audiences.
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI, including data modelling, tracking logs, and performance dashboards.
- Sound understanding of project governance, risk and issue management, and structured PMO control processes.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to work collaboratively, communicate clearly, and deliver under sustained time pressure.
