Responsibilities
- Manage transformation initiatives and special projects from planning through execution and closure
- Develop project plans, milestones, timelines, governance structures, and reporting mechanisms
- Track progress, risks, issues, dependencies, and actions across assigned initiatives
- Prepare status reports, dashboards, governance packs, and steering materials for leadership review
- Coordinate cross functional stakeholders to ensure clarity on responsibilities, deadlines, and deliverables
- Escalate delivery risks and recommend corrective actions where needed
- Support PMO disciplines including reporting cadence, project controls, and performance visibility
- Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and follow up actions to maintain momentum and accountability
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Project Management, Operations, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in project management, PMO, transformation, strategy execution, or special projects
- Strong knowledge of project governance, planning, risk management, and performance reporting
- Experience working across functions and managing multiple stakeholders
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification preferred

Role Summary
- Role: Project Management Expert

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of project governance, planning, risk management, and performance reporting.
- Experience working across functions and managing multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to combine hands on delivery management with strong reporting discipline.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is preferred.
