- Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of transformation initiatives and special projects
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, milestones, governance frameworks, and reporting structures
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, issues, dependencies, and ensure timely resolution of action items
- Prepare executive dashboards, project status reports, governance updates, and steering committee presentations
- Collaborate with cross functional teams to align on project objectives, deliverables, timelines, and ownership
- Proactively identify delivery risks, escalate critical issues, and recommend mitigation strategies
- Support PMO functions by maintaining project governance, reporting standards, project controls, and performance visibility
- Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and governance forums, ensuring clear documentation and follow up of actions
- Promote project management best practices and contribute to continuous improvement of PMO processes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, Operations, or related discipline
- Minimum 8 years of experience in project management, PMO, business transformation, strategy execution, or managing enterprise wide initiatives
- Strong understanding of project governance, planning methodologies, risk and issue management, and performance reporting
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects while engaging and influencing diverse stakeholders across functions
- Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent is preferred

Job Summary

Qualifications & Experience

- Demonstrated ability to balance hands on project execution with structured governance and reporting.
- Professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or an equivalent project management qualification is preferred.
