Job Summary

  • We are seeking an experienced Project Management Expert to lead transformation initiatives and strategic projects while strengthening PMO governance and project delivery standards.
  • This role is responsible for driving projects from initiation to completion, ensuring effective planning, governance, progress tracking, risk management, and executive reporting.
  • The ideal candidate is a proactive individual contributor with strong project management expertise and the ability to coordinate cross functional stakeholders to achieve successful outcomes.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, Operations, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, PMO, business transformation, strategy execution, or managing enterprise wide initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of project governance, planning methodologies, risk and issue management, and performance reporting.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects while engaging and influencing diverse stakeholders across functions.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance hands on project execution with structured governance and reporting.
  • Professional certification such as PMP, PRINCE2, or an equivalent project management qualification is preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and successful delivery of transformation initiatives and special projects.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, milestones, governance frameworks, and reporting structures.
  • Monitor project progress, identify risks, issues, dependencies, and ensure timely resolution of action items.
  • Prepare executive dashboards, project status reports, governance updates, and steering committee presentations.
  • Collaborate with cross functional teams to align on project objectives, deliverables, timelines, and ownership.
  • Proactively identify delivery risks, escalate critical issues, and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • Support PMO functions by maintaining project governance, reporting standards, project controls, and performance visibility.
  • Facilitate project meetings, workshops, and governance forums, ensuring clear documentation and follow up of actions.
  • Promote project management best practices and contribute to continuous improvement of PMO processes.
