Role Overview

We are seeking a

Project Logistics Manager

to join the

PMC team

, responsible for overseeing and coordinating logistics planning and execution across a large-scale masterplan project.

This role focuses on

strategic planning, coordination, and governance of contractor logistics activities

, ensuring alignment with project phasing, minimizing disruption, and optimizing site operations across multiple packages.

Logistics Planning & Strategy

  • Develop and oversee the
  • master logistics strategy and Construction Logistics Plan (CLP)
  • Review and approve contractor logistics plans, methodologies, and sequencing
  • Ensure alignment of logistics planning with overall project schedule and phasing

Coordination & Interface Management

  • Manage logistics interfaces across multiple contractors and packages
  • Coordinate between infrastructure, buildings, and public realm works
  • Act as the
  • PMC focal point for logistics coordination
  • with client and stakeholders

Site Logistics Oversight

  • Monitor contractor logistics operations including deliveries, access, and storage
  • Ensure optimal use of site space and logistics routes
  • Identify and resolve conflicts between different project packages

Traffic & Access Management

  • Oversee site traffic management strategies and access control systems
  • Coordinate with authorities on permits, road closures, and external logistics
  • Ensure safe and efficient movement of workforce and materials

Compliance & Hse Integration

  • Ensure logistics activities comply with HSE and regulatory requirements
  • Work closely with the HSE team to mitigate logistics-related risks

Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track logistics KPIs and contractor performance
  • Provide regular reports and updates to the client and senior management
  • Identify risks and recommend mitigation strategies

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Logistics, or related field
  • Minimum
  • 10+ years of experience
  • , including
  • PMC/consultancy roles on large masterplan or mega projects
  • Strong experience managing logistics across
  • multi-package developments
  • Familiarity with UAE authority requirements (RTA, DM, Trakhees) is an advantage
