- Lead and supervise all landscape construction activities, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, project schedule, and HSE requirements
- Review and approve shop drawings, material submissions, method statements, RFIs, inspection requests, and as built drawings
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure timely project delivery
- Coordinate with the Client, Contractor, Consultants, and Authorities to resolve technical and site related issues
- Administer the construction contract, including payment certifications, variation orders, claims, and change management
- Conduct regular site inspections and ensure all landscape works meet project specifications
- Prepare weekly and monthly progress reports and provide recommendations to management
- Chair site meetings and ensure effective communication among all project stakeholders
- Promote and enforce QA/QC and HSE standards
- Lead, mentor, and manage the site supervision team while maintaining strong client relationships
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Landscape Architecture, Civil Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Horticulture, or a related discipline
- At least 15 years of overall experience, including 5 years as a Resident Engineer on landscape or infrastructure projects
- Proven experience in supervising softscape, hardscape, irrigation, landscape lighting, and public realm works
- Strong knowledge of construction practices, QA/QC, contract administration (FIDIC), and HSE requirements
- Proficient in MS Office, AutoCAD, Primavera P6, and project management software
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Professional Engineer (PE) registration or equivalent is preferred

Role Overview
