About the Role
Mirage is seeking a Technical Designer for Interior Design to perform full-time technical review and quality assurance of interior design deliverables. The role focuses on reviewing drawings, specifications, and material submissions to ensure compliance with project requirements and regulations.

Responsibilities
- Review interior design drawings, shop drawings, and technical documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
- Ensure adherence to project requirements, authority regulations, and applicable design standards
- Review material and finish submissions, specifications, and technical schedules
- Identify design inconsistencies, coordination clashes, constructability issues, and technical risks
- Coordinate with Architecture, MEP, Structural, and Project Teams to resolve technical issues
- Prepare review comments and track closure of technical observations
- Support project teams during construction and assist with technical queries when required
- Ensure all submissions meet company quality standards and client expectations
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related discipline
- Minimum 5 8 years of experience in Interior Design, Technical Design, Fit Out, or Design Review role
- Strong experience reviewing technical drawings, specifications, and material submissions
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
- Experience on Emaar projects

Role Overview
- The Technical Designer – Interior Design is responsible for the full time technical review and quality assurance of interior design deliverables.
- The role focuses exclusively on reviewing drawings, specifications, material submissions, and design coordination to ensure compliance with project requirements, client standards, authority regulations, and industry best practices.
- This is a technical review role and does not involve design development responsibilities.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related discipline
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Interior Design, Technical Design, Fit Out, or Design Review role
- Strong experience reviewing technical drawings, specifications, and material submissions
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design software
- Experience on Emaar projects
