JD for Senior Mechanical Inspector
- Inspect site conditions prior to commencement of mechanical works and verify readiness.
- Attend and respond to Work Inspection Requests.
- Monitor and inspect installation works related to HVAC, plumbing, firefighting, fuel systems.
- Report non conforming works and issue SORs and NCRs.
- Verify materials and equipment conform to approved submittals.
- Monitor contractor compliance with QA/QC procedures.
- Ensure compliance with HSE requirements and statutory regulations.
- Witness and verify mechanical testing and commissioning activities.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections and testing.
- Verify compliance with local authority requirements and international standards.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inspection reports.
- Ensure effective coordination among contractors and stakeholders.
JD for Mechanical Engineer
- Review MEP and mechanical designs from concept through construction.
- Evaluate material submittals, shop drawings, and method statements.
- Review mechanical design calculations (cooling/heating loads, ESP, pump head, etc.).
- Assess and respond to RFIs and design clarifications.
- Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other disciplines.
- Conduct site inspections and monitor mechanical installations.
- Supervise execution of HVAC, plumbing, drainage, firefighting, LPG, fuel systems.
- Review contractor work progress and adherence to schedule.
- Ensure compliance with local authority requirements and HSE standards.
- Review value engineering proposals.
- Participate in progress meetings and provide technical guidance.
- Witness and supervise testing and commissioning activities.
