Job Purpose
Serve as the focal point for project and document management data manipulation and reporting.
Translate internal and external customer requirements into graphical reports and management information.
Use Power BI, SharePoint, and other systems to provide dashboards, real-time reporting, and schedule tracking.
Extract and manipulate data from electronic document management and project planning systems to identify project performance insights.
Reporting and Data Management
- Develop reporting tools for Class 1 document review and delivery-cycle performance.
- Establish procurement dashboards covering all packages.
- Extract, cleanse, and publish daily Aconex reports showing planned and actual issue-date variations.
- Report document delays where contractors have not submitted documents according to the project schedule.
- Develop daily email automation for overdue, due, and near-due documents.
- Establish data-cleaning processes for reporting tools.
- Build and maintain Aconex workflows and prepare document, historical, pending, and workflow reports.
- Develop visual reports, trend graphs, and status graphs for document delays, missing documents, and correlations.
