Senior business development role focused on recruiting, activating, and growing partners across MENA.
Owns complex commercial outcomes involving Introducing Brokers, affiliates, fintech partners, payment providers, and strategic alliances.
What You’ll Do
- Recruit and grow high-value partners across assigned MENA markets.
- Own a complex partner portfolio from onboarding through revenue performance.
- Identify underperforming accounts and build corrective performance plans.
- Negotiate commission structures, volume targets, and support agreements.
- Evaluate deal economics and defend commercial decisions to leadership.
- Work in AI-enabled onboarding and lifecycle systems and report workflow gaps to product and engineering.
- Mentor newer Business Development Executives and represent the company at partner events.
Who You Are
- Have experience in business development, partnerships, or sales within online trading, FX/CFD, fintech, or a comparable digital ecosystem.
- Can demonstrate closed deals and understand Introducing Broker and affiliate ecosystems.
- Can explain and structure commercial deals without relying on a script.
- Use AI tools daily and provide specific feedback when workflows do not fit partner behavior.
- Are fluent in English and Arabic.
- Hold a relevant degree in business, economics, finance, or an equivalent qualification and have close to five years of relevant experience.
- French, Spanish, or Portuguese are advantageous for broader remits.
