About the Role
Al Tayer Insignia seeks an experienced Project Executive to manage end-to-end delivery of retail fit-out and construction projects for Ounass and F&B business.

Responsibilities
- Prepare project execution plan in consultation with Business, Design and Developers
- Implement approved procedures for tendering, selection and appointment of contractors
- Develop project strategic program detailing key milestones
- Manage the design process ensuring agreed design milestone deliverables are met
- Float tenders, invite proposals, analyze and recommend vendors/subcontractors/suppliers
- Review and approve drawings submitted by contractors
- Coordinate with Consultants and contractors on all issues pertaining to drawings, programs, schedules
- Manage all aspects of individual project contract requirements
- Conduct quality checks to ensure materials meet client specifications
- Prepare and update store tracking report on a weekly basis
- Coordinate with QS to produce CAPEX for all new projects
- Carry out final inspection, prepare snag list and ensure snags are rectified
Requirements
- Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent technical qualification relevant to construction project management
- 8–10 years' experience delivering retail fit out or construction projects in a responsible project management position
- Excellent communication and relationship building skills
- Proven planning, organizing and project management skills
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Ability to identify/manage potential risk
- Customer / Client experience focused

Role Overview
