Overview

We are looking for a **Project Engineer / Site Engineer – Retail Fit-Out** to support ongoing retail shop fit-out projects in Qatar.

The ideal candidate should have experience in **interior fit-out works for retail** , with strong skills in **site supervision, subcontractor coordination, and quality control**.

The role involves ensuring projects are completed **on schedule, within scope, and in compliance with quality and HSE standards**.

**Job Title:** Project Engineer / Site Engineer – Retail Fit-Out

Work Location:** City Center, Qatar

**Contract Duration:** 6 Months (Extendable based on project requirements)

**Salary:** QAR 6000 (All-Inclusive)+ QAR 500 (Transport Allowance)

Working Hours

  • 10 hours per day
  • 6 days per week

Job Description

We are currently looking for a **Project Engineer / Site Engineer** with experience in **retail fit-out projects** .

The selected candidate will be responsible for supervising site activities and ensuring that fit-out works are completed according to project specifications, quality standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise daily **site operations and retail fit-out works**
  • Coordinate with **project managers, subcontractors, and suppliers**
  • Monitor progress and ensure **quality and safety compliance**
  • Manage installation and finishing works within **retail shop environments**
  • Ensure work is completed according to **approved drawings and schedules**

Requirements

  • Minimum **3 years of experience in retail fit-out projects**
  • Strong knowledge of **interior fit-out and finishing works**
  • Ability to **manage site teams and subcontractors**
  • Good communication and coordination skills
  • Candidates currently based in **Qatar** will be preferred
