- Maintain and update the recruitment database
- Provide timely feedback to candidates and manage communication throughout the hiring process
- Support administrative tasks related to recruitment and HR activities

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment and meet tight deadlines

Job Summary
- Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist/Recruiter
- Location: Doha, Qatar
- Salary: QAR 4,000 (Full Package)
- Working Days: Sunday to Thursday
- Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 18:00 PM (incl 1hour Lunch Break)
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in the full recruitment cycle from job posting to onboarding.
- Source potential candidates through various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, referrals).
- Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain and update the recruitment database.
- Provide timely feedback to candidates and manage communication throughout the hiring process.
- Support administrative tasks related to recruitment and HR activities.
Requirements
- Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office.
