About the Role

- Conduct routine site inspections, safety audits, and hazard assessments
- Monitor Permit to Work (PTW) activities and ensure adherence to permit conditions
- Conduct toolbox talks, safety inductions, and awareness sessions
- Monitor high risk activities including hot work, confined space entry, work at height, lifting operations, and excavations
- Investigate incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions, and recommend corrective actions
- Ensure proper use of PPE and implementation of safe work practices
- Maintain HSE documentation, reports, and inspection records
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 5 years experience as Safety Officer in Oil & Gas, Industrial, Construction, or Maintenance projects
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, risk assessment, and PTW systems
- QatarEnergy (QE) PTW Approval preferred
- NEBOSH IGC or equivalent HSE certification preferred
- Good communication skills in English

Job Overview
- We are seeking qualified and experienced Safety Officers for a 6 month project in Dukhan.
- The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring compliance with HSE standards, monitoring workplace safety, and supporting the safe execution of site activities.
- Preference will be given to candidates with QatarEnergy (QE) PTW Approval.
Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Compensation
- Salary: QAR 6,000 (FAT) per month
- Contract Duration: 6 Months
- Working Hours: 10 Hours/Day
- Working Days: 26 Days/Month
