Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 4 5 years of experience in Application Support, Software Support, or Technical Support
- Fluent in French and English (mandatory)
- Strong knowledge of ITIL processes and service management
- Experience with ticketing tools such as ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy, or Maximo
- Hands on experience supporting enterprise applications, APIs, and integrations
- Strong experience working with relational and non relational databases, including writing SQL queries, troubleshooting database issues, data validation, and performance analysis
- Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, SQL Server, MySQL, MongoDB, or similar platforms
- Good understanding of Linux environments, system administration, and troubleshooting
- Experience in Python scripting, automation, and script development
- Strong knowledge of data analysis, data management, data integrity, and reporting
- Ability to write and maintain scripts for monitoring, troubleshooting, and operational support activities

Salary and Contract
- Salary: QAR 7,500 per month (full package)
- Contract: 6 Months (Extendable)
- Working Hours: 10 Hours per Day, 5 Days per Week
