Responsibilities
- Carry out repair, maintenance, troubleshooting, and operational support of Building Management Systems (BMS)
- Handle instrumentation and control devices related to air conditioning systems, fire safety systems, lifts, and other facility systems
- Work on BMS platforms from manufacturers such as Honeywell, Siemens, Schneider, Bailey, Landis & Gyr
- Perform day to day Operations & Maintenance (O&M) activities to ensure system reliability and performance
- Identify faults, carry out corrective actions, and support preventive maintenance activities
Requirements
- Completion of 1.5 to 2 years of full time technical training from a recognized institute
- Minimum 3 years of extensive hands on experience in repair and maintenance of BMS systems
- Proven experience working with major BMS brands (Honeywell, Siemens, Schneider, Bailey, Landis & Gyr, or similar)
- Strong experience in facility maintenance environments
- Must possess original educational and technical certificates for verification

Job Overview
- We are currently supporting one of our esteemed clients on a large scale project within a leading educational institution in Qatar.
- The project involves facility maintenance, ongoing activities, and requires skilled technical professionals.
- We are looking for BMS Technicians for a 1 month project (extendable).
Qualification & Experience Requirements
- Completion of 1.5 to 2 years of full time technical training from a recognized institute in the home country
- Minimum 3 years of extensive hands on experience in repair and maintenance of BMS systems
- Proven experience working with major BMS brands (Honeywell, Siemens, Schneider, Bailey, Landis & Gyr, or similar)
- Strong experience in facility maintenance environments is mandatory
- Applicants must possess original educational and technical certificates for verification

Job Details

- Working Hours: 9 hours per day (8 working hours + 1 hour break)
- Salary: QAR 4,250 (all inclusive)
