Project Engineer (Civil)

CCME is looking for an experienced and highly motivated Project Engineer – Civil to join our team in Abu Dhabi and support the execution and management of civil construction projects across the UAE.

• Manage and coordinate daily site activities, subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams.
• Monitor project progress, schedule, quality, safety, and compliance.
• Review architectural/civil drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Prepare and review BOQs, quantity take-offs, quotations, pricing, and cost estimates.
• Coordinate procurement activities, materials, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, manpower, and resource allocation.
• Prepare progress reports, invoices, payment applications, and variation claims.
• Provide technical solutions for site issues and coordinate design changes.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Support project close-out and final accounts.
• Support preparation of project proposals, quotations, technical submissions, and commercial offers.

The scope reflects the JD, which covers project execution, technical coordination, procurement, cost control, variations, resource planning, and business-development support.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related Engineering field.
• Relevant experience in construction project management and site execution.
• Strong knowledge of BOQ, Quantity Surveying, Cost Control, and Drawing Coordination.
• Strong client communication, team coordination, and supplier management skills.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Word, and MS Project.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and meet demanding project deadlines.
