Role Overview

Location and Work Pattern

• The role is based in Abu Dhabi, UAE.
• The stated work location is on the road.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, quantity surveying, or a related discipline.
• Minimum five years of relevant experience with strong UAE construction or MEP experience.
• Experience in commercial management, contracts, cost control, budgeting, and project financial performance.
• Experience preparing and reviewing variations, change orders, claims, and subcontractor payments.
• Strong knowledge of BOQs, tender documents, contracts, quotations, and commercial proposals.
• Ability to monitor costs, commitments, cash flow, forecasts, and profitability.
• Experience with billing, subcontractor evaluation, payment certification, and commercial negotiations.
• Good knowledge of FIDIC and UAE construction contractual practices.
• Ability to coordinate with project management, quantity surveying, planning, procurement, accounts, and technical teams.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, reporting, and communication skills.
• Currently available inside the UAE.
• Immediate or short-notice joining is preferred.

Commercial Responsibilities

• Manage project costs, commitments, cash flow, forecasts, and profitability.
• Prepare and review variations, change orders, claims, and subcontractor payments.
• Prepare and review BOQs, tender documents, contracts, quotations, and commercial proposals.
• Handle client billing, subcontractor evaluation, and payment certification.
• Conduct commercial negotiations.
• Coordinate with project management, quantity surveying, planning, procurement, accounts, and technical teams.
